- Check Spam/Junk folders if tracking emails are not received.

In the event of any anticipated delay before dispatch, our team will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer in advance.

However, once an order has been handed over to the courier service, delivery timelines are subject to the courier’s operations and logistics network.

11. Inspection Upon Delivery

Any visible damage, missing items, or shipping-related issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must be supported by clear photographs and an unboxing video as required under our Refund & Return Policy.
12. Live Fish Shipping
Live fish are shipped separately through approved Air Cargo services and are subject to different shipping charges and handling requirements.
